該酒店設施、環境、衞生都具有4星級的老的酒店的風範。但是服務卻是老國營招待所的服務。住房還是要收取300元按金，離去要檢查房間後才能退還按金。我們想在酒店吃飯，但是酒店連個菜單也沒有，餐廳負責人將他自己手機上的菜單名讓你在他個人手機上選菜名。更可笑的是他熱情推薦介紹你到酒店外面附近的飯店吃飯，意思顯露這裏都是開會的人來吃飯的。使你感覺怪怪的，一個四星級酒店的餐廳人員，不是熱情留你在餐廳就餐而是熱情介紹推薦你到外面飯店吃飯。真是無法理解。
