The problem happened again. I don’t know how to use WeChat, I don’t answer WeChat calls, I don’t answer my cell phone, and I said I was sleeping... This service is really speechless. The next day, I contacted them again because I needed something. They said I could go to the storage room downstairs to get it myself. The reason was that it was late and there was no staff. It was only 8 o'clock at that time! Also, the water heater was either overheated or there was not enough hot water for the second person. The facilities are too poor. What era is this? It relies on solar energy. Bad review!
