Albergo moderno, comodo parcheggio spazioso incluso e personale gentile. Abbiamo scelto di cenare in struttura e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Rispetto all’offerta il prezzo è altamente competitivo soprattutto prenotando direttamente.

Ricezione pessima!!!! Gita scolastica di mia figlia, 5 anno della primaria: bambini di 10 anni, arrivati alle ore 20, lasciati fuori all' aperto, al freddo, per un'ora e mezza, per un problema di camere..... Nessun albergo del mondo, a maggior ragione con prenotazione e pagamento anticipato, lascia un cliente fuori in attesa della preparazione delle camere o del disbrigo di pratiche burocratiche!!!! Inaccettabile!!!! E poi, alle richieste di alcuni bambini per una pietanza diversa, rispondere anche che la cucina è chiusa...... Che chiudano subito, non possono fare gli albergatori in questo modo!!!!!!

Terrible dinner food, with very small portions, we found ourselves skipping the meal in some cases; shameful. Staff not attentive and not very present. It was cold, I asked for a blanket, they only managed to bring it after 24 hours. They didn't bring a towel for the bidet, but one day I had the nice surprise of finding it instead of the one for the shower; after communicating it, the staff couldn't make it up 2 floors, making us go down and wait 10 minutes in the reception. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, it's a shame that it was not possible to access them, therefore useless. Inconvenient location, opening the window gave in a pleasant sewer smell. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay.
