sono stata per la seconda volta in questo bellissimo resort, ho trovato personale gentile e competente sempre pronto a fare un sorriso. ottimo il ristorante sia per qualità che per quantità. servizio pulizia delle camere attento e preciso. una menzione particolare al team di animazione Peter Pan i fantastici ragazzi Pablo, Davide Nicolas, Leonardo, Giacomo, Sam, Riccardo e Marco le meravigliose ragazze Eliana, Aurora, Giulia, Diana, Giorgia, Isa, Michela. Il servizio mini club era attento e veramente splendido con i piccoli merito soprattutto delle dolcissime ragazze.

Ho scelto questo resort per poter fare una settimana di relax. Gli ambienti sono molto belli , il “verde” curatissimo,è piacevolmente onnipresente! Le sale per pranzare talmente ampie ,che si poteva scegliere di volta in volta senza problemi, in base alle proprie esigenze, o alle temperature esterne. Tutto il personale merita la lode perché sempre operoso e sempre con il sorriso! Una menzione particolare a Francesca della reception perché molto professionale ed anche sensibile nel venire incontro alle richieste.Anche Michele con tutti i ragazzi della sala sono stati sempre accoglienti. Il cibo a buffet, è stato sempre abbondante e vario! Ottima la serata sarda! I ragazzi della animazione tutti carini e discreti. Pablo ,con la sua voce mitica, ha saputo coinvolgere senza stress. Riccardo ha infuso buonumore con il suo sorriso.Giorgia e Michela sono state brave nel proporre le attività “motorie” con competenza e con la loro energia! Non per ultima, anzi alla base: la pulizia delle stanze! Le signore sono straordinarie per la loro accuratezza!

Premier séjour avec l’équipe de fram en Sardaigne Hôtel très propre et très accueillant Tout le personnel est au petit soin: nous avons eu un problème de voisinage et aussitôt les équipes de fram et de l’hôtel ont changé cette dernière pour que nous passions un bon séjour : merci Sinon une magnifique piscine que les enfants ont adoré , quasi toujours des transats libres ! Un bar au dessus et la plage privée Le paradis !! Des buffets varies au restaurant avec un personnel toujours disponible et avec le sourire et une pizzeria le soir sur réservation Mise à part le fait qu’il n’y est rien du tout à faire autour ( il faut louer une voiture ) l’hôtel et le personnel + l’équipe de Simon ( fram) ont été parfait !!!!! N’hésitez pas ! Allez y

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Lo staff molto cordiale; il cibo di buona qualità e in grandi quantità; la colazione molto variegata; consiglio la formula all inclusive perché è veramente una coccola. Inoltre, c'erano lettini e ombrelloni per tutti nonostante l'alta stagione. Disponibile per tutti acqua naturale e gasata, ci è stata anche regalata una borraccia. Veramente top. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

All’arrivo ore 22.45 circa, siamo 4, (2 adulti e due bambine 6 e 2 anni) troviamo personale molto molto cordiale e disponibile che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni della struttura e dell’offerta che avevamo sottoscritto. Troviamo, cosa non scontata, la cena in camera( un piatto misto freddo) molto gradito, 4 bottigliette di acqua e la borraccia da poter riempire ogniqualvolta vogliamo dai distributori presenti nelle zone comuni. Piscina e mare ben tenuti con bagnini sempre presenti ed animazione coinvolgente ma leggera. Abbiamo apprezzato la varietá del ristorante sia per grandi che piccini. La camera tripla con letto aggiunto, leggermente stretta, essendo in 4 sarebbe servito un pochino più di posto per girare comodamente. Unico problema, ma è stato prontamente risolto, si sente un forte odore di umiditá, abbiamo segnalato subito alla reception che ha mandato un manutentore ed ha risolto. Ottimo il servizio miniclub per i bambini e quello per le escuriosioni. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

È qualche anno che soggiorno in questa struttura. Lo staff è molto disponibile ed accogliente, un particolare ringraziamento va a Claudio e Anna che tutti gli anni ci fanno sentire a casa. Grazie anche a Francesca per la professionalità e gentilezza. Di buon livello il cibo, seppure il servizio va migliorato. Eccezionale la pulizia della stanza, Barbara oltre ad essere super disponibile ha una marcia in più, ribalta la stanza, disinfetta ogni angolo e quando rientri senti un profumo di pulito che nessuno ha mai lasciato. Grazie allo chef Francesco, per quel poco che c’è stato ha saputo fare la differenza come del resto lo scorso anno; un vero peccato non averlo avuto con noi per tutti i 15 giorni del soggiorno, la sua assenza purtroppo si è sentita in sala. Ragazzi dell’animazione davvero simpatici, un plauso a Nicholas che con la sua dote innata di ballerino rendeva gli show qualitativamente diversi dagli altri anni. Struttura che accoglie i cani con amore e affetto.

We had a lovely holiday in May in Sighientu resort. Very nice hotel, just 40 min drive away from Cagliari airport. The food was very good, every day was a different choice of food, very well cooked and full of flavour. Loved it. Big beautiful swimming pool, very clean and plenty of Sun beds. The sea is very clean with crystal clear water. Staff in the hotel was lovely and very helpful. The room could be decorate better, the walls were empty and lacking style. If you are going to stay in this hotel, I would highly recommend to hire the car as there is nothing outside of the hotel near by. You need the car to go anywhere - No bars, no restaurants, nowhere to walk to, just long streets of private villas. We had the car, so we could travel to other places. Enjoyed our stay!! :)
