Flawless - from arrival to departure and everything in between. We travelled to C.P.M on our honeymoon at the end of October and had a fantastic holiday. We had high expectations of the hotel but the stay, service and setting exceeded them. The hotel is set in fantastic grounds - it feels very private and lots of space. This combined with less rooms than other hotels results in a really relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy. The service was second to none - special mention to Vikash and Sundeep at the beach who treated us wonderfully every day. Further to this Akhil at reception was so thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed three rounds of golf and tennis - was quite struck at the quality of equipment (given it was included I was expecting to be let down here but not at all). Food across the board was excellent - we did bed and breakfast and on reflection preferred the flexibility that this offered. Entry level rooms are exceptional - always a sign of a sensational hotel. Great beach, water sports included and total privacy if you wanted it - spot on.

During the Spring Festival, a family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and it felt great! Not willing to go! Breakfast is rich, you can also feed fish while eating (a beautiful sea fish that can only be seen by snorkeling), feed birds (see at least three kinds of birds), picturesque scenery, free experience golf, glass boat trip to and from deer during your stay Island, recreation room, elephant tortoise watching, bicycling, glass-bottom boat ride to and from the opposite bank ... I took a taxi to the hotel for about 50 minutes and only arrived at the hotel at 11 in the evening. The landlord and the guy in charge of the reception have been waiting. kind. The hotel is generally clean and quiet. Breakfast is not bad, dinner is charged, 175 local rupees, not very expensive. The place is far away from the city. The next day I was going to buy a phone card. I didn't know the road. The young man in charge of the reception was about to go to school, so he took me there and talked all the way. Responsible for cleaning. The aunts who cook are very good. I want to make Kung Fu tea, but there is no boiling water. They put me a few bottles of boiling water in a thermos bottle, and they will bring it to me every day. The laundry is also very fast. I went out at noon and asked them to wash the clothes. When I came back in the afternoon, I saw neatly folded clothes. They were also cheap. Unlike the next hotel, the laundry was available 24 hours a day, and the charges were all based on the piece. The landlord is also very good, sometimes he will call a car for me when I go out, and I will chat with him every day when I have time.

Honestly the best trip ever! From start to finish the team made us feel so welcome, especially Kajal who dealt with us from the start. She ensured we had the best experience and nothing was too much… she arranged a beautiful trip for us to Trou deau douce to see the 5 islands - which was honestly such a special day, from monkeys to a bbq on the beach it was amazing. My mum even rang the hotel one day worrying about me and my boyfriend as we didn’t answer her texts & Kajal let us know straight away and was so lovely. The room was fantastic & recently updated so super modern - would 100% recommend beach front villa as it has everything you need and feels super luxury! Kavina who cleaned the rooms was very lovely and remembered my name which was sweet. Black Rock was our favourite for food out of the restaurants on offer & the buffet indian night was also really lovely - we went back for more & more & more until we could burst haha! We rented a car so could easily visit the south, it is a bit of a drive so but would absolutely recommend this as it made the trip feel like an adventure - Le Morne is beautiful!! And if you can do a seaplane too would recommend. If not, there is plenty to do near the hotel & the staff will recommend trips etc. including visiting the sister hotel which is also lovely! Overall a great stay, with the highlight of the hotel honestly being such a warm welcome from Kajal. We really hope this isn’t our last time visiting the island & the Radisson. We have made such special memories in Mauritius & thank you so much!
