Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wer hier mit normalen, nicht überzogen Vorstellungen herkommt, wird sicher nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Speisen, besonders der gegrillte Fisch waren überragend, und fast immer für jeden etwas dabei. Selbst an dem Tag, an dem ich und unsere Tochter am Abend kaum was gefunden haben, kam sofort der immer aufmerksame Restaurantleiter mit dem Küchenchef und hat uns extra eine Alternative zubereitet! Gästezufriedenheit wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben! Die beiden Damen von Guest Relations hatten auch immer ein offenes Ohr, gute Tipps und haben gerne geholfen. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos zuvorkommend, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass die Freundlichkeit nur aufgesetzt wäre. Auch sehr angenehm, dass kein Trinkgeld erwartet wurde um normalen Service zu bekommen, wie man das aus anderen Ländern leider kennt. Der Taxi Service hat auch prima funktioniert und auch der Bootsausflug zu den 5 Inseln, den man mit Transfer am Strand über das Hotel buchen kann, war empfehlenswert. Wäre es nicht leider die ganze Zeit so windig gewesen, hätte man sich am Strand SUP, Kajak und Tretboote kostenlos ausleihen können, aber für das Wetter, kann das Hotel ja nichts. Es gibt ein schönes kleines Gym. Absolut zu empfehlen ist das SPA, ich hatte 2 ganz wunderbare Behandlungen (Hotstone & Kopfmassage) bei Jeneeta, einem ganz wunderbaren Menschen, sie hat nicht nur Zauberhände, sie war auch so lieb und hat mir traditionell zubereiteten Tee mitgebracht. Außerdem hat sie mir auch gute Ausflugstipps gegeben und auch Infos über die Kultur in Mauritius meiner Tochter hat sie 2 superschöne Hennatattoos freihand nur nach Vorlage gemalt. Bad experience! well I have some positive points and negative as well, first, I would like to thank AMAN for the warm welcoming upon check-in, it was really nice. I called earlier too asked if I can come early for a lunch and I will settle the same cause my daughter wanted to enjoy the heated pool clearly the refused. the room was ok there was no dustbin inside had to call twice to get on! My daughter was hungry I asked the waiter if do the served any snacks here! they clearly stated no! They I came across an ass. FNB MANAGER he mentioned 45 Mit for a snack, I had no choice as my kids were hungry! same thing arrived at the restaurant I had to tell 3 times to reset a table to be able to eat! The Heated pool was really nice BUT DIRTY! When I tried to be explained my concerned at the reception, The front Desk agent was really Rude, not a smile nothing as if you're bothering her! Overall am not coming back to this hotel, it was more a Headache than a short break i wasted my money for nothing!

Went with my friends for the weekend and I had a wonderful and memorable time. Food entertainment and the heated pool were great. We had a sea view room and the view was superb. Special thanks to Dini for her warm welcome and help to make our stay at the hotel enjoyable.

Food was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean. The heated piscine was really nice. I really loved the sunrise, so beautiful and peaceful. The early morning walk on the white sand beach was very relaxing.The staffs were welcoming. Good entertainments at night

Please excuse the fact this review is almost a year later, but considering the experience we had, we felt it was better late than never to post this and warn potential travellers of the resort. We had to move hotels four nights into our seven-night stay. When checking into the property and arriving at the room, we found that the air conditioning (AC) unit was not working. We called the front desk to sort this out, to which when someone came, they said there’s nothing that can be done as the aircon is meant to be that way. We tried to sleep through this during the night but one of the party has severe asthma which can be triggered with intense heat, so this was quite difficult and uncomfortable – we also made front desk aware of this. We contacted front desk again the day after to see if it can be fixed; they sent someone to the room whilst we were out and they slotted a piece of paper into the card holder to keep the aircon on – this only felt like a temporary solution to the issue. We then visited front desk and asked if someone could attend to the aircon again; they advised that someone will come; this was to no avail (to note - we asked if our room could be changed when we first checked in but was told they would try and fix the problem first). When we saw that the matter was clearly not getting resolved, we contacted our travel reps to see if they could escalate this to the hotel. They contacted management who was not aware of this, and managed to arrange for us to move rooms. We were then moved to another room. Upon arriving to the new room, it wasn’t clean and had to request for it to be cleaned again. This now leads to the second major issue we experienced: the insects in the room. When we moved into the new room, we initially gave a room a look over and on doing so, my sister opened one of the cupboards and a small lizard jumped onto her. It jumped off and went back into the cupboard and we hadn’t opened them since. On the next two nights, we had a number of cockroaches come into the room. This happened numerous times during the late hours of the night. This kept us up at night and we were quite paranoid that more would come into the room. On our fourth morning, I asked reception if the room (including wardrobes) could be thoroughly checked over and cleaned as we had this experience over-night and did not want it again. We came back from an excursion around 4pm and found only the main room was cleaned; the second room and the bathroom were untouched. I contacted front desk and asked for someone to come again; around 5.30pm we came back up to the room and saw the cleaner was wrapping up - she did clean all rooms on this occasion. Now the third issue (and honestly our breaking point) alludes to being locked out of our room for almost an hour. We finished dinner and walked back to our room to find that both keys were not working. We went back to reception who initially said there is an IT issue, meaning they cannot re-issue any key c

4-star ? Didn’t meet 1 single expectation. I came with my bags, Porters didn’t even greet nor offered assistance. No greetings from Front Office staffs. No greetings from any hotel staff either. Other than Night Auditor & An Indian waiter at the main restaurant, no staff members could make it look like a 4-star. Food was average. Overall, poor, VERY POOR customer service. Will never go back.

This is a gem of a hotel. Location is excellent but the stand out feature is the staff. They cannot do enough for the guests. They are always friendly, welcoming and always go the extra mile. Rooms are great and food is always tasty and varied. A fantastic holiday for all the family!
