Ambre - Adults only

Ambre resort is very good. You just feel like staying there only. Good facilities, staff is very helpful

Room needs some upgrades. Looks dated. No usb charging point anywhere. Only 1 light for the whole room. If one wants to sleep and the other wants to read, no options to have bedside light. Check in process super slow, despite no queue in front of us.

The greeting we got at the hotel by Naomi who has only started there recently was lovely, the resort is intimate and the restaurant all close by, the food was good but sometimes repetitive in The Indigo restaurant but there was an Italian restaurant which you did need to book in advance which was never an issue, the staff there were brilliant especially Kumar who was very attentive, I must also mention the Indigo restaurant which was the main breakfast and main buffet style restaurant and Sheila and the staff were brilliant and her smile made your day, the main staff like Vena and Ananda in reception were brillant but I must say a huge thank you to Deepak who sorted out some issues we had with our boys room and other minor issues were dealt with speed and efficiency, he was always polite caring and above all kind which in my opinion makes a hotel even more welcoming and would in a heart beat visit it again, shout out also to Vitesh, Ketty and Helene our drink servers on the beach and pool all amazing guys thank you to Ambre Hotel you truly made our stay very precious we will be back I promise.

Really enjoyed our stay - staff very attentive and friendly - especially Soobash - Food excellent and the hotel was everything we had hoped for 😀

The staff were very approachable and friendly and the ambience was nice. However food wise, much improvement needed in terms of the variety and 4* standards. Property is a bit dated. Ambre Suite could do with much improvement, there's big space but not smartly laid out out. Overall I would rate it 7/10.

Just spent 2 wonderful weeks at Ambre. We were looked after from the moment we arrived to leaving. Staff so helpful & kind. Our room 811 was spotless and in a great position on the complex. The food in Indigo was very good. We spent our days on the beach and were looked after by the T bar staff. Several meals in Dolce Vita were superb. The grounds are beautiful 🌺 we did a trip to 5 islands with Chris on the beach. A really fun day. Missing this stunning island already.
