Appart-Hotel l'Uni

New construction, very clean and nicely furnished. We had tons of space with a 2 bedroom apartment. Laundry in the building is also a good perk. Grocery store, pharmacy, and other food court and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Bus stop to get to Old Quebec is across the street. It was less touristy, more students from nearby Laval University. We enjoyed our stay! One caveat - we did not get the info to get into the building until the next day. We fortunately ran into the housekeeping manager who sent me the info so we could know what unit we had and the entry codes, etc. They said they had issues sending messages via ******* (we did get the message the next day), so you might have to call them if you don't get the info in time.
