Ok hotel for one night. Located 15 minute walk from old town. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom was unclean. Rooms could do with updating as it’s quite dated. Staff friendly and accommodating.

There was hair on the bed and you can see stains on sofas and toilet. There was no remote to turn on air conditioner and there was no exhaust in toilet. Definitely not worth the price.

Our bike was stolen in their park garage, even tho it has 2 locks on it on the back of the car, we thought it will be safe since its in their hotel garage. We found out that there is no cctv camera. And the hotel staff can’t help us with that. The hotel staff just told us to call 911. Very disappointing.

When we arrived they tried to tell me I didn't book queen size beds. I had to show them that I did. Then when we got to the room the lights were not working, the phone wasn't working. They finally moved us to another room to find that the toilet wasn't working. This all happened at like 10:00 pm. We had traveled all day and when we spoke to a manager he was very little help and had an attitude. They finally moved us to a better room but the hotel was old and tired. I would never stay there again.

Du to Covid they told us the room won’t be clean during our 2 nights stay. A bit of a bummer when you pay that price. Also the hotel was super clean. It’s just in our room there was hair that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom. Because we are backpackers we didn’t make a big fuss about it. Directly on GA and super near the Old Quebec. I would go back.

Very nice location! Walking in town is exceptional. The night view when you are on a fairly high floor is magnificent.

The location is excellent. If the floor is high and the room faces east, the hotel can basically overlook the entire Quebec City and the castle. During my stay, I was told that the brunch restaurant on the top floor was only open on weekends. What was more speechless was that when I checked in at 11:30 in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. The only contact method was the front desk phone number. I waited for about 10 minutes before the front desk staff arrived. Help with check-in. The room facilities are also relatively old.

The location is good, you can walk to the castle, there is a sports park nearby, the environment is very good, and there is a food street downstairs. You need to bring your own toiletries! The hotel front desk only provides a toothbrush! The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is cost-effective! The view from the hotel room is very good. If you choose the expensive Marriott, you might as well choose this hotel!

Well located hotel, courteous staff. Beautiful view from the room, but poorly soundproofed: we hear the alarm clock from another room, discussion in the corridor between maids, closing of doors in neighboring rooms.

Good morning, I have had a few stays at Concorde over the past 2 years and have always been pleasantly satisfied. This time, a few irritants caused my disappointment in my stay. It was mentioned to us that the floor we were on had just been renovated and that everything was not finished when we expressed our complaints upon entering the room: 1. The room was not furnished properly: *No chair, armchair or extra sofa. We had brought dinner to eat in the room, we had to ask for an extra chair which was delivered to us 30 minutes later, so the meal was eaten cold. We suggested getting a computer chair in another room but declined. We received an old straight chair, upholstered, and worn out. The room change option was not retained. *very limited lighting, lamps were missing and there were ''loose'' wires. At least one electric plate was also missing. *No bench to place our suitcases *Soft mattress (too much) 2. Dirty pool. 3. Dirty spa (black stain at water level in some places) cloudy and cold (the 2 whirlpools were colder than the pool and one had no jets because unable to turn the knob. 4.No bathrobe in the room (we always had one before) We have always enjoyed our stays at Concorde but this latest experience leaves us perplexed as to whether we will return or recommend it to others. The potential of this place is very great... Was the hotel overlet? This is the option that we chose without having confirmation. THANKS Mireille

The scenery of the hotel is very good! Panoramic glass! The staff at the front desk are very friendly. I accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and he didn’t even ask me to pay for it. He even thanked me for telling him. I really cried to death😭😭

The hotel is not far from the old city. If not, you can go to basically all the attractions. The view from the room is very good. You can see the castle hotel. The sunset is beautiful. We are very satisfied with the experience.

The hotel is well located in the city, the employees are very professional and courteous. The general atmosphere is pleasant and several services are close and accessible! Unfortunately we were offered parking a few minutes walk from the hotel and there was no mention of it on the website, having a problem in the fascia it was complicated and painful for me.. a warning to me would have allowed me to take everything into account and better manage my travels to avoid pain… the room was super beautiful with a very nice view! But there was a strange stain on the wall and the toilet handle often stayed down so we had to raise the top to stop the constant flow of water. The beds were very comfortable, we had enough blankets/towels. I would happily return to this establishment during my next vacation and prepare in advance to do some walking!
