Very cute place, old and charming

Arrived at 7pm. No heating on the night when outside temp was -20c. No personal to contact. Contacted Avion, no help. Hotel Promised refund next day. Haven’t received in 100 days.

La chambre était très propre et très jolie. Manque de: chauffage (air climatisé/chauffage non fonctionnel) et stationnement. Alors dû utiliser stationnement payant de la ville. Une chance que tout se fesait à la marche. Tout était à proximité. Tout au long de nos 3 journées aucune personne à l'accueil.
