the hotel manager charged by credit card $30.00 after my check out, stating a towel was stained!! when towel was already stained and far from new! They did not even contact me to advise me or mention this charge, completely unprofessional and insulting to treat clients this way! and when i called to discuss the extra charge, the manager refused to even speak to me or call me back. extremely rude!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. What we liked is that this hotel allows for late evening check-in. Especially due to bad weather, this is not always easy. There is soap and shampoo. A TV, a fridge, a comfortable bed, towels. On the other hand, they did not come to change the towels for the other nights or for at least once during our stay. We heard the snow plow going by early in the morning and people next to the room, it is not well soundproofed. We also had difficulty with parking. Not enough places but mainly because of the snow and that the snow plow had not come the evening we arrived. During our 3 nights, he had several cars buried under the snow in the parking lot. This greatly limits parking. The price is reasonable for the night. A few points for improvement in general.

The worst of all hotels is smoking a leaking bath hearing the neighbor snoring all night long hearing the other one screaming all night long and a child's crisis for hours and hours in the morning I really didn't appreciate

After calling the hotel 3 times to make sure I had a very early check-in at a certain price, I showed up the morning of check-in and was charged an additional $20. Room for two with 2 washcloths, 2 small towels, 2 large, and a small one for the bath on the floor (normal room for two) ATTENTION After entering the room notify the reception or take pictures of the towels pcq when we leave they say that there were 3 washcloths and charge us $5 even if we persist in saying that there were only two.
