In a quiet but convenient location where we were able to access a lot of the places we wanted to visit. The hotel seems relatively new so the overall stay was clean!

This hotel is new and very clean.
Free breakfast, nice swimming pool , gym , and BBQ grill.
All the staffs were kind and tried to help us.
Also , the supermarket and the restaurants were close to hotel.
When i go back to Quebec, I will stay here again.

The interior is newly renovated and fully equipped. The new microwave oven has rich functions. You can make something to eat in the hotel. There is a separate dining area in the room with a dining table. It is very reasonable and suitable for family travel. Parking is also convenient.

The hotel has just opened. There is no decoration smell in the room. It is clean and tidy. The room and bathroom are spacious and equipped with kitchen. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The parking lot is also spacious and convenient for parking.

I would still like to have the benefits of my gold membership even though I booked through *******. I understand not getting points for the night stay but the water & the snack would be nice. The parking is tight as well.

We booked that hotel specifically because of the pool. Pool was closed and staff would keep telling us the pool will open in the next hour. It never opened. When asking for compensation, staff AND manager would keep lying to us, back tracking on their promise.

Room was over our expectation. However, on our checkout day (set at 12pm), housekeeping entered the room two times while we were still there (8:30 and 10:45). The should put in place a mechanism that if you haven’t given your room cards at reception, it means there is still people inside the room! Except for that, lots of choice for breakfast.

The hotel is brand new with a nice fitness center and indoor pool. The family room is very spacious and well organized; plenty of storage units and a very convenient kitchen.

Hôtel was great. Room was clean, modern and spacious, can sleep up to 6 people with the sofa bed! The rooms are well equipped, specially the kitchen. The pool was very popular with families. Breakfast was a down point, they had a huge line up, waited in line for maybe 20 min. we were there for spring break so maybe that explains..

I’m very disappointed with the staff and especially the manager who would even consider the possibility of any talks about getting a refund for my hotel night on Monday March 4, firstly my trip was cut short due to a loss of my family member who died suddenly. Then between all the rearrangements I had to organize which went pretty smooth considering, well I didn’t have no luck on the Quebec side and this hotel ! I’m very disgusted with the situation and how they handled
Do better and have some considerations or heart for some that surface troubles at times
I’m out over $225 bucks minimum
