Every is ok. Nice room nice service . Good stay experience, clean room, easy parking, would choose this hotel again.

I chose this hotel because there is a flight the next day, very close to the airport, there may be some noise, the hotel is a little old but well-equipped.

We were looking for a hotel close to a wedding we were attending and the hotel was ideal. Delighted with the taxi phone in lobby. As always the bed and pillows are of the highest standards. Great stay and sleep even under the flight path

Shocked on how far standards have fallen in premier inn hotels, we shall in future look at booking a much cheaper Travelodge hotel which is of the same standard

We first stated here,overnight,in November 2023,before flying to Germany the next day(Monday),and again,we stayed here last Sunday (16th June 2024),before flying to Brussels on Monday 17th June 2024. June's experience was better(staff-wise), generally, pleasant, helpful, welcoming staff. Nice clean room, windows don't open,but good air con. Its deceiving,by the name of the hotel as u need to take a bus/train or whatever, from the airport. Take bus number 747,get off the bus,then walk,up over the fly over, past nissan garage, then turn right. The hotel is on an industrial estate. Nice breakfast,nice evening meal. We will be returning again in November 2024. Thanks for nice,overnight stays.

Comfortable and friendly hotel within a good distance for airport travel. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. I would recommend booking food ahead of visit as the hotel can get busy.

Everything, I don not even know where to start, me and my wife (who is pregnant) got to the priemer Inn for 8.30am in the morning. Now we are fully aware that we can't check in to the hotel that early. We came that early because it said on the Internet that if availability is there they can do early check in. The lady we spoke to said no body will be able to check in till 3.00pm. So me understanding this nobody can check in till 3.00pm nobody. So we went and spent half the day in edingburgh. We then came back at about 1 o'clock to make sure we are not late for the concert. At about half 1 I went in and asked if we could check in and the same lady said no you can't it's 3. So that's fine no issue with that. Other people were going into the hotel at around 1:45pm and not coming back out so I thought this was werid. So I went back in to see if we could check in and there were people checking in so I thought great I'll be able to check in. So went back up to the same lady and she said I couldn't check in. I asked why as she was letting people through, she said I have a list of people before you. At this point I was fed up my pregnant wife was sat In the car for 6 hour and then a further 45 mins she's not been able to lay down or rest and yet we were told that you wasn't allowed to check in till 3. I asked her that I want to check in again as I said to her you spoke to us this morning and didn't take our names for a list and you spoke to us at about half 1, she said she didn't and fully lied to my face. At this point I was furious and another member of staff spoke to me, he said my room has been ready from 12 ! He even asked the staff member why she didn't check. Now if it was just me I wouldn't be that bother but the fact that my wife is pregnant and she could have been sat down resting some where comftable is beyond a joke. I stay in a lot of your premier inns and this is the worst customer service I have ever had and we had done nothing wrong. If you say one thing you can not go back on your words especially in looking after customers. We came to see taylor swift, you should have put things in place and your hotel should have been so better organised like sending emails out stating not to turn up as we are not checking people in till 3. There was no information about where to park or information able travel to and from the concert when there was in other hotels near by.

Super comfy beds Gluten free breakfast options Friendly staff It’s approx 7-10mins from Edinburgh airport and you need to take a cab as there is no shuttle bus.

Really friendly helpful staff, lovely comfy room. Most of hotel was filled with people travelling to Taylor Swift event so Staff had written check in /service info using album and song titles, a lovely touch that my granddaughter, 11yrs,loved. Will def stay again.
