nice place but the road is terrible
The street going up tot he hotel is unpaved and almost impossible to go up and down with any car, wish they pave it. you can hear the noise in the room from all the outside surroundings, wish there was a TV in the room or speaker for radio or to play music.

Since the beginning it was a great experience. The welcome was nice, it was a fast check-in, we received a tropical fruit juice as welcome. The people had a great attitude and service during all the stay. We had a great experience as a family, we will be back.

Nous avons resté 3 nuits à l’Hotel Planeta Sano. C’était vraiment génial comme séjour. Nous avons adoré. Le personnel était vraiment gentil. Les cocktails étaient délicieux. Les chambres étaient propres. La vue était à couper le souffle. Je vous suggère cet hôtel.

Shady business practices. Booked a room 3 months ahead of our trip and just received a notification that "This reservation has been cancelled by the property as you requested." We did not request a cancellation. The same room is now available for our dates for $900 more than we booked. Tried emailing with no response. Tried calling with no answer.
