I really don´t know where to start...this jewel is pure perfection and I totally loved staying there. Located in the heart of Queretaro´s downtown, you can walk around it to go sightseeing, shopping, coffee-housing and eating like a king anywhere you go. We slept like a couple of queens with pillows that melted into our heads, the bedding, the quilts, the lavender scent...it just warmed-up my heart to long for the next visit...

Infelizmente minha impressão inicial do hotel não foi nada boa, especialmente porque falhou em dois itens essenciais: 1) O café da manhã, bem fraco, sem buffet, e com comidas e bebidas para lá de medianas e valores bem altos; 2) A dificuldade para tomar banho: a água não esquenta até que você peça ao funcionário do momento que mexa no boiler (teve dia que precisamos fazer isso três vezes), e ainda assim demora uns 15 minutos para esquentar; e o chão do chuveiro é de pedrinhas, o que incomoda muito os pés. (Este problema foi resolvido quando nos ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto com banheiro bom.) Outro pequeno problema foi que a faxineira, certo dia, resolveu esconder as almofadas no vão entre o armário e a parede, cheio de pó. Além disso, há muitos pernilongos atacando o dia inteiro. Há estacionamento pago em frente. Os funcionários são muito cordiais, a localização é ótima, e as instalações são muito bonitas.

There is a reason why this hotel is ranked #1 and man do they deserve it! This place is not only beautiful but outstanding when it comes to the service, hospitality and friendliness of their staff. Everybody goes out their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

staff were very helpfull, the hotel is in a good location, close to everything, breakfast was ok, more variety would have been good, tv cannels were good in english and a good variety, although movies were limited and more of a choice would have been good

This hotel has a very homey ambiance and is indeed so different from the usual corporation hotels. I like so much the lush gardens that are in the premises. The staff is very gracious and professional.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Queretaro’s beautiful UNESCO old city. Rooms and bathrooms are large and decorated with art. There is no noise as rooms are set back from the street and have stone walls. Very helpful staff. Great location, you can walk everywhere. Solid WiFi. Great place to come back to after touring.

Casa del Atrio is an exceptional place to stay. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful. It is also very central with an excellent restaurant next door, you are steps from all the attractions. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back soon!

The front staff was friendly and helpful for everything I requested. They spoke English which was a plus for me. The room was clean and nice. Wifi included and it worked. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of space to move around for multiple people. The hotel and room felt very secure. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to explore downtown Querétaro.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. They were friendly and always willing to help. Great place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Queretaro area.
