The hotel is really really great! The hotel is located in the heart of Querétaro Old Town, just one intersection from the Cathedral of the Heart of Jesus, 80 metres away, 320 metres from the Statue of La Coruna and 280 metres from the Republic Theatre. The above three attractions are representative attractions of Querétaro. The hotel itself is a historic building, the rooms are comfortable and there is a small courtyard downstairs. In addition, it is very convenient to dine and shop near the hotel. There is a Chinese restaurant called Jin Yuan just south of the Heart of Jesus Cathedral. The Chinese food here is cheap and good. The owner is from Guangdong and can speak Mandarin.

Excellent location, very clean, great sized rooms with comfortable beds, friendly staff, good price- right in the heart of the action in Queretaro. Tip if you turn right outside of the hotel and walk not very far there are some really fab local cafes with excellent food- we loved Begonia Mandarina and the bakery cafe directly opposite best conchas ever ( DONUTS). The square most local to this hotel the locals salsa dance in the evenings. Really great hotel.

Tienen que reclasificar sus clasificaciones de hoteles boutique, este hotel no es boutique, no tiene absolutamente ningún servicio, ni atención que refiera a ello. El personal no está capacitado. Nos cobraron 877 pesos por habitación, lo que en el precio original no estaba concertado el estacionamiento que está a cuatro cuadras, nos dijeron que cerraban a las 12 cuando cerraban a las 10 de la noche y el precio nos dijeron que era 100 pesos y nos cobraron 120 por coche por noche. Si bien el personal es amable, no deberían de estar trabajando en hotelería, porque no tienen idea de la atención que se debe dar a huéspedes

Muy buena opción
Estuvimos muy poco, pero el personal es muy atento, el cuarto muy limpio y comodo, el hotel es muy bonito, completamente colonial, si vas a estar en el centro esta super la ubicacion, pero, nosotros llegamos en uber por que no tiene estacionamiento propio.
