Beautiful hotel. The decor is very intentional and they did an amazing job. The reception desk employees, bar, and restaurant employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Several spoke excellent English. The front desk helped us schedule a tour when we got in too early to check in to our room. The nice thing about this hotel is that it is super close to the squares but still a block away so it is quiet at all times.Our room was modern, had clean sheets, and bathroom. No issues with hot water. I'd stay again.

Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. La habitación es amplia, bonita y sobre todo, cómoda. Lo único negativo para mi, es que es muy oscura, si abres la persiana ves a los de las habitaciones de los dos lados, así que al tener que dejarla cerrada, debes prender la luz todo el tiempo, aunque sean las 11am. La atención que recibimos fue maravillosa. Seguro regresamos

cerca áreas de comida muy buenas
hotel limpio, cuidado, con muchos detalles decorativos que lo hacen sentir cálido.
mi habitación estaba en sótano pero los cubos de ventilación y luz lo hace sentir en planta baja
el restaurante del hotel con buen servicio
lo único mal es que no tiene estacionamiento

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue with the hotel is noise travels very easily. When people walk down the hall, talk, open/close doors, etc. the noise echos and you can hear everything.

Arquitectura de alto nivel. Decoración de primera. Atención del staff excelente. Alimentos de primera calidad. La única queja es que los cuartos son muy oscuros prácticamente sin luz natural (más aún el nuestro que estaba en el nivel sótano). Parece ser que el proyecto arquitectónico provoca ésto ya que todos los cuartos dan a cubos de luz. Aún así súmamente recomendable.
