The HVAC unit is very loud.
There is very little to no barrier for sound from outside noise, very loud.
You can also hear hear everything between units, especially from above. If they are going to stay up late, you will not get any sleep!

Nice for an older building. Pics on line were a bit deceiving on how large the rooms were. I arrived late in day and bar server was overwhelmed and didn’t even acknowledge me. ****** beverage server needs some education with giving change. I wound up just leaving and going to my room. Disappointed due to I booked here to go to the ****** and didn’t.

Staff at desk were very friendly, restaurant closed on Mondays and doesn't open till 11am. This is not good for people looking for breakfast.
Hotel is old, they have done well trying to update.

I was booked for 2 nights with my family, we had a emergency to deal with and had to check out early after one night .i talk to the gentleman at the front desk and informed him we were checking out, and would note it on the computer....and was charged 2 night's and no recorded of me checking out. Poor customer service and management!

The people working in any part of the hotel were friendly and quick to help.
Was there during some major snow falls and they were all over getting the snow removed, sidewalks safe.
Restaurant food is good.
