when I checked in at Hai Au Bien Cuong, that sensation quickly turned into "Shock". To enter the hotel lobby, I had to carry my nearly 20kg suitcase and ascend two steep steps. I didn't see a single hotel staff member, from the bellboy to the receptionist. After waiting for five minutes without seeing anyone, a security guard wearing a blue shirt entered the building from the outside and asked, "Are you coming to check in?" "Yes, can you tell me how I check in now?" I answered. He gave me a glance and motioned for me to wait. Then I witnessed a pregnant receptionist emerge from within. For the time being, even though I couldn't even feel mad at her because I was so upset about mistakes made at the management and personnel training stages, if any,. I stayed at Hai Au Bien Cuong until the morning of June 3, when I flew back to Saigon, and almost every night, I had difficulty sleeping because the room's soundproofing system was not good, so most of the noise came from the hallway and the room next to me. all heard very clearly. And I hardly use any hotel amenities in the bathroom, I use personal items.

New and beautiful room. I love the bright color and the minimalistic style of the room. The beach styled restaurant is very eye-catching. The staff is attentive to our needs and wants. I highly recommend this hotel and I will come back the next time I’m in Quy Nhon
