I had an amazing experience staying at Seagull Hotel. Firstly, the customer service was great. The staff helped with calling taxi and translating, calling dentist to check for availability, and more. There is complimentary fruits and snacks delivered to room everyday. The Garden Restaurant had really good buffet for breakfast(including vegetarian options). The location is perfect as it is right beside the beach. Overall 10/10.

This was my second time staying in this hotel and I'll certainly come back. It is one of the few hotels in Quy Nhon that is right next to the beach. Most of the balconies have great beach views. I think one of the best things to do during evenings is just sitting on the balcony while enjoying the cool wind and the sound of the waves.
I also liked the breakfast very much. There is a great and healthy variety of food options even for vegans, which is still rare in Vietnam (from what I have seen). They also bring littly snacks to the rooms once or twice a day.
Staff has been very nice again. Kieu (if I remember correctly) in particular has been very helpful.

Corporate, crowded, noisy. The type of place we try to avoid normally. Little by way of charm and breakfast a mad bunfight with too many folk scrambling around. Lovely views of the ocean from our balcony, but one night more than enough. Cleanliness of rooms 2*.

My son and I had a north facing room great view of the beach and the buildings that are lit up at night and you look Stright down to the beach and you can hear the waves breaking on the sand you are a 10 to 15 minute walk to all the sea food restaurants, the rooms with odd numbers are on the north side we had room 1013 it is worth a look next time i will have my wife with us. All up i would give it 8 out of 10

Staffs are friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Great location and on the beach Beautiful view from Bar at level 12. Spacious rooms and most rooms have sea view. Services are excellent Great hotel for long stay and short holidays. Good place to meet up with friends and family.

My family stayed at room 804,806,808,817 for a few days on August 14. The hotel is located near the beach but the room is moldy, pillows and blankets are full of black mold. The wall was damp, the wallpaper was peeled off but the hotel left it as is, no maintenance P806 The wallpaper was peeled and the pillows had black mold but they were not replaced The swimming pool was full of chlorine, not clean P817 The blanket cover was not changed, it was full of smell The sweat of the person who slept last time. The staff's attitude is very impolite. (Especially the receptionist wearing a blue ao dai, yellow pants, and glasses). My family checked in late at 7:30 a.m. but when we arrived, the receptionist was busy and didn't check in right away because we were busy. So who has the nicer hand????? Often glares at guests. My family will definitely never come back to this hotel again
