Went to watch our son & his Quincy volleyball team play at home. Our first night, there was a really loud & vibrating sound that seem to come from our bathroom & far living room walls. The night manager, Leah, could not figure out where nor what was making the noises. She found us 2 other adjoining rooms to meet our needs because we had a large 1 bedroom suite. By the time we got settled into our new rooms, it was almost 1am. Loved how spacious & clean the rooms were. And Leah gave us several meal passes including comping one of the rooms for our entire stay. She was very efficient & professional. Despite the inconveniences the first night, we would definitely return here again.

I had to leave after one day because I had left medicine at home. I explained this to staff at checkout, I was advised to have ******* call them about this as my reservation was through *******. After a long phone call with ******* staff I was advised I would be contacted in 24 hours. I did get multiple emails stating that they were having difficulty contacting anyone at the hotel. Finally I was advised there would be a charge for the room I was not able to use, even though I checked out in plenty of tim for the room to be cleaned and used. All the staff I interacted with from the hotel were fine. ******* not so much.

The staff was very very nice, from the young lady that called us prior to our arrival to explain the Holiday (thanksgiving) scheduling of meals , to the Manager Tom that checked us in. very accommodating. Will defiantly return when in the area again.

Everything is pretty close to perfect, great location, nice property, friendly check in. The room is outstanding! Very spacious and clean. I have only two complaints: traffic outside my windows is VERY loud- roaring engines every 10 seconds. I’m so exhausted I really hope I can sleep. Also, I would’ve liked to soak in the hot tub, but it’s broken. Gym is ok but only one treadmill- looks kind of worn out, but there’s any Anytime Fitness nearby. Other than that, it’s probably the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at.
