I had 2 weeks of incredible time in Quito. We stayed at Fenix hotel. The hotel is super nice with very friendly and caring staffs. The rooms are very clean and they clean them everyday. The food is so delicious. The staff is very nice, and they have great hospitality and attitude. I recommend Fenix Hotel to everyone who plans to travel to Quito.

Es importante que publiquen los precios reales de las habitaciones, supuestamente marcan precios con descuento y cuando llegue al hotel me cobraron los impuestos que era prácticamente el valor marcado sin el descuento. Por lo demas, todo bien

Durante mi visita al hotel, me gustó mucho, sobre todo la atención al cliente. El personal estuvo atento todo el tiempo a pesar de ser el único en esa área, solo una pequeña recomendación sería bueno que el restaurante cuente con más meseros para que la atención sea aún más placentera. Bueno en fin, el personal me atendió y me trató con mucha amabilidad durante mi permanencia, muy buena comida. Gracias
