I had a bad experience, specially after I got messages from the hotel telling me that I experienced what I did because I booked it the way I did and because of me booking online I was not able to see the proper information of what I was looking for. I found a lot of dirt under the toilet and shower. I also had a leak on top of the sink that almost ruined my personal cleaning items.

在網上定得房，訂單上寫明瞭2個成人1個小童，也寫明瞭5歲以下小童免費，到了就讓我們交40美金，説是小童要交費（我們定的房間是42美金一間的），我給她看了預訂單溝通了好久才同意我們不用額外交費，宰客店家。

I had an outstanding experience at the Embassy Hotel in Quito, and it was made even better by the exceptional service provided by the front desk agents, Diana and Luis. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, making me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a perfect choice for my visit to Quito. I highly recommend the Embassy Hotel and commend Diana and Luis for their exceptional hospitality.

At the outset they coordinate your pick-up at the airport and no one is there when you arrive. The bathrooms are very narrow and the curtain touches your shoulder. The lighting in the room was very poor. The restaurant only operates until 7:00 p.m. The worst thing is that comments are made and no one takes action on them.

Excellent in every way. The organization and menu was excellent. Impeccable place with excellent attention from all the staff. A pleasant and wonderful moment. The hotel is suitable for all types of events, from social and family gatherings to business meetings and training.

The hotel has an excellent location, the breakfast is rich buffet style. The staff is always willing to help. We requested room service from the restaurant and everything was very tasty, the quality - price ratio is very good. Juan Carlos at reception was very kind and guided us in our tours, he even gave us a map to locate us in the historic center.

Hotel that provides comfortable service with a convenient location. It has what it takes to have a good rest. The services it provides please the guest. The cleanliness is reflected in each room!

Un hotel con standard de calidad:) Personal profesional, muy atento y cordial :):)!! Buenas instalaciones, bien situado, cercano a estación de buses y de lugares de interés a donde puede irse a pie sin ningún problema:) Buenas habitaciones, grandes con camas de primera, buena ropa de cama, TV y wifi y tarjetas de acceso a la habitación, muy seguro:)!!
