設施：雖然是很大的官邸建築改的，景觀也是不錯的，但是並不精緻，作為民宿設施還是差很多，地板上臟臟的，一樓的客房並不通風，進去有那種房間很久沒人住的味道，開了空調也是，廁所浴室和卧室衹有隔斷但是沒有門，感覺拉屎的話臭味都能飄出來。因為沒有窗户，所以門這一側是玻璃的，也就是説，你要是想開窗通風打開窗簾，就可以和路過的人say hi。
衞生：水槽有莫名的黃色水溝和泥巴一樣的東西
服務：前台服務還可以，但是早餐九點半結束，酒店的時候過去，就幾乎沒東西吃了，客人在抱怨，服務員在那裡抱怨，麪條餛飩這些東西也都用完了，這種現煮的東西居然也會不夠，説是客人太多，早餐不夠吃，出現了一個負責人説前一天入住的客人太多，準備得不夠。不知道提前準備嗎？又不是採買不便利的地方，哪怕早點起來派人去買，也不至於不夠吧。
環境：到的那一天正在清理庭院池塘，有很重的淤泥味道
孔廟雙人門票:雖然送門票不錯，但是景區10塊一人電子票掃碼可以免費領小本論語，用來打卡，景區的人説店裡買了肯定給店裡了，打死不給，會酒店店員説老闆沒票沒買小論文所以沒送，不知道到底是怎麼樣的，雖然拿了門票，但體驗並不好，因為門票本來也就很便宜，進了園區人手一本的紀念品，結果就你沒有。
感覺這個價格可以有更好的選擇
