Room was very basic. Water didn’t get very hot. No a/c in the room. No soap or shampoo. Went down for breakfast but there was nothing I wanted. Reservation guy said they could prepare eggs for me. Ok for a night. There was a live African band in the restaurant that was very good! Had a yummy Moscow mule but didn’t eat because it was fully booked. Only the terrace was open-no band there

Super super good! The service from the front desk and the guys in the restaurant are very good. I always go to the bar to ask for hot water to make instant noodles, hahaha. They are particularly interested in my instant noodles. I ordered loup and it was delivered to my room. It was delicious! We asked the front desk to book a taxi for us in advance. We went downstairs at 5 a.m. and there were staff on duty at the front desk. Thank you very much! The room is also super clean, much better than I expected. I love this sofa and I don’t want to go home hahaha

在首都拉巴特短暫停留,這個酒店很滿意,酒店環境不錯,服務也很專業,周邊超市餐廳也不好過。到哪裡也很方便,可以讓前台幫忙叫車。

I stayed for 2 nights in the standard double room. I liked the room. The room had a plenty of storage places, the small couch, the table, essentially everything that I needed. Bathroom/shower were working properly as expected. Wi-Fi was fine for my needs. Everyone I interacted with (the front desk, breakfast people) were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant downstairs and it was good. The hotel is conveniently located 10 min walk from Rabat Ville train station (the tram stop is also there at the station). There are many restaurants in the area. I walked to the medina and to the fortress. It is an easy straightforward walk. I used the tram to get to other places. The only problem was the amount of noise coming from the street. It was a bit too much and the windows were simple single pane ones, without much soundproofing. Late into the night it was relatively OK though. All in all I liked my stay there. I would recommend it.

Very clean, great location near museums, restaurants and Gare Rabat Ville. The front desk manager was especially kind in putting me in a quiet room as I have insomnia. The included breakfast was excellent.

Friendly. Modern. Spacious Comfortable. Safe. Great value and a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. A friend recommended this hotel as a great stay before heading to the airport the following morning. Make sure to visit the Museum of Contemporary Art just around the corner!

I have stayed at Le Pietri many times, and it always feels like home. One problem: on the back side of the building is a rooster that will wake you up very early in the morning, even long before the adhan from the mosque. For that reason I moved to the street side of the building (usually noisier than the back side but in this case better).

This is a review of the restaurant at this hotel-Le Bistro Du Pietri -and not of the hotel itself.I had lunch there on a number of occasions while on a recent visit to Rabat.I also visited the place for breakfast.I was very impressed. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and attentive.I want to mention Hamza,Amine,Asma and Houcine.I am happy to recommend this place-great food nicely presented at reasonable prices by very friendly staff...Top marks...10 out of 10.

The Hotel staffs were friendly and the hotel is well located with easy access. However, the windows were not totally noise proof and activities from the bar/Karaoke night kept me awake. Also the breakfast did not have a wide variety and became monotonous by the third day. You could improve on the breakfast.

I do not recommend this hotel because of their failure to recruit professional staff in their restaurant. PS: Both rmale receptionists were polite & professional. The same for a male waiter who was working in restaurant that day. However, a member of the restaurant staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This was woman with black hair, wearing black suit, and was in charge of breakfast the day of my check-out on 8 Sep 2022. 2 unprofessional behaviours from her in less than 20 mins: 1/ As I was trying to grab a chair in the restaurant where breakfast is served, she, out of the blue, shouted out loud "Madam!" and then pointed at me with her hand for me to move out of that table to another one facing the bar. Everyone at the restaurant looked at me as if I was committing a crime. She embarrased me in front of the other clients. She could have come to me and politely & professionally asked me to move tables and explain why without this very stupid move. But she did not. I asked the waiter why she asked me to move tables. He said because the other side is for "restaurant" and not for breakfast. This would've been Ok if no one was sitting there. But, to my surprise, 2 foreigners were sitting in that very same area. They were having breakfast there & were served by that very unprofessional lady. She never asked them to move tables at any time. So for me, she's not only unprofessional, she's also a racisit too (I am a VERY proud African/ Arab/ Moroccan). The others clients were French white caucasians. 2/ Breakfast provided was very poor and low cost in terms of options and quality for compared to 86 Euros/ night (900 MAD/ night ) I paid. Most of it was unhealthy. I am used to having healthy breakfast with grilled whole-wheat bread with café and fruits. The so-called tiny winy buffet had 1 type of bread and this was slices of not very freshly baked baguette which was hard to chew/ eat. So I asked that very unprofessional lady if they have a toaster I can use to grill the piece of baguette. She said "No, we don't have it!". So I asked her if she could grill it in the kitchen (which was visible to me and less than 1 meter away from where she was standing). She refused again and told me "we do not grill bread here!!!". Her very rude and unprofessional attitude spoilled my morning. I had a busy working day ahead of me and had no time to report her. So I'm doing it here and in *********** so that Le Pietri management are aware of this.

Best experience in a hotel. This is the best hotel I have ever been to and I have been to hundreds of hotels. Despite the poverty, the misery, the corruption etc… there is something very special about the Moroccan hospitality. I have never received this service before in any hotel anywhere in the world: my husband asked me to bring some Moroccan fabrics. I had them in a plastic container. The doorman Najid at Le Pierti Hotel turned it into a suitcase so I can carry it. The best service is here at this hotel

Le Pietri is in a great location with very friendly helpful staff. The low floor street side rooms are a bit noisy at times. They have a nice variety and tasty breakfast and dinner menu with good wine options and a bar all in a comfortable space. We enjoyed an amazing jazz concert on a Saturday night. All in all a comfortable place to hang out with friends, be alone and get around the city. I will defiantly return.

Modern almost business style hotel Not much character but comfortable room and very friendly staff. Easy walk to the Medina and railway station - 5 minute taxi to other key attractions. Would recommend.
