I did a duplication booking and i was not reimbursed even if the room was cancelled on my arrival and the hotel was full. I have tried to contact the reservation manager and called her 3 times on the phone and wrote 4 mails and no answer. I have used this hotel chain in the past but i do not think i will choose it again (nor TRIP.com as they were not able to solve this issue either).

La habitación 107 es terrible para descansar. Se escuchan muchos ruidos como de Construcción de sol a sol. Pero la atención de su personal es de 5*. Especialmente la de Hassan y Najwa, son extraordinariamente amables y colaboradores. La alimentación está un poco cara (en el Hotel), pero en los alrededores hay obciones excelentes y a muy buenos precios. La ubicación es excelente. Sobre todo, si pretendes montar el tren en Marruecos, porque hay una estación justo a un costado. La Vista desde la Terraza Superior es fantástica.

Great location, very helpful staff, okay rooms.
Great location to train station and attractions. Facilities in reasonably good shape but a simple full shower door could save guests flooded floor and the Onomo, lots of time cleaning and maintaining leaky areas. Some more electrical outlet could help and there is definite need for brighter lights in the rooms

Excellent emplacement central . Chambre calme côté court / malgré cela une très mauvaise insonorisation avec la chambre d à côté / bruits de conversations et portes qui claquent . Matelas moyen pour un hôtel à 100€ la nuit. Chambres méritent rafraîchissement Bonne liste de chaînes tv . Bon petit dej et du choix à part le jus d orange concentré qui pourrait être du jus pressé …. Présence de chats ds la salle du petit dej et ds les étages ….rooftop sympa
