I am so appreciative of the fact that our room has been held even when we arrived super late. I spoke with Connie earlier the day and let her know we will be arriving late from Chicago, and she kindly set our room aside even during such a busy travel time due to spring break.

My only complaint is that we drove over 6 hours and wanted to check in, but when we walked in, no one was at the front desk. We waited and looked and we were just so tired. Please get a bell or something for customers to reach the front desk lady more quickly. Otherwise the ladies were friendly and knew the area

We visited while my spouse was at Fort Knox. During check in the staff was extremely friendly, and they were throughout the stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Good enough breakfast. The pool was so clean and my toddler loved our time splashing around!
