no staff on site, it combine with quality inn, front door lock broken, old and dirty, some of the room unlock and door open a gap and inside no light, feeling unsafe, feeling someone somewhere you don't know. but the staff in quality inn was nicefor our check in.

Just for several hours of rest on the road to DC. The state of the hotel is terrible: smelly, run down, not clean… does not have even people on property to check you in: the check in is on the hotel on the side, and they ask you if you want a better stay in that hotel you might do so by paying not much more money, what we did not wanted to do.

I understand it’s a budget hotel. No attendant in econo lodge building no heat in lobby room heat turned off when entered. Heater lackluster at best when it was working. The building should be condemned I would not stay there again if I was paid to do so. Absolutely terrible

The property wasn’t the problem at all. The staff was amazing. YOU ******* was the issue. You didn’t push my booking through therefore I had to pay AGAIN with the promise of YOU reimbursing me. They were extremely nice and talked me through what would happen from check in on. Even charged me less than you did *******! I expect my refund immediately from you and I will be using another booking app from here on because this is twice this has happened booking through you and there will not be a third

Run down motel looks like it was used to house illegals at one time. We stayed two nights all cleaning crew did was replace the one towel we used and empty the trash can. Didn’t even make the beds or refill the coffee . Way further from our destination than stated on app. Dark only one lamp in room. Luckily they replaced the old carpet in our room with vinyl flooring . Other rooms still had 25 year old carpet . Did I mention the giant wasp nest hanging from the tree between our hotel and the one we need to walk to to check in and out since they have no front desk service . Would not recommend.

Rooms were not as depicted on *******. Very dated. Paint peeling in rooms. No lighting for bedtime reading. Interior hallways and rooms need to be refurbished. 2-story building but no elevator. Did not have container for ice in room but front desk delivered promptly when called on cell phone because no method of communication with front desk in room (no phone). Not terrible for one night but don't think there will be a second visit.
