Struttura molto bella vista mare stupenda staff cordiale simpatico e disponibile camera con ogni confort e vista spettacolare il mare si vedeva anche dalla doccia del bagno Impareggiabile !!!! Unico difetto la sala pranzo senza una zona esterna Tutto il resto compresa la lobby impeccabile

Ceci n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles
Ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles :
1. problème de chambre lors de notre arrivée, on a été SOUS classé la 1ère nuit, je précise
2. le petit déjeuner été identique tous les jours et sans goût, je vous épargne les détails
3. douche bouché ... l'eau debordait dans toute la salle de bain
4. le personnel pas très accueillant d'une manière général
5. la piscine était sale, on s'est baigné 2 fois, dommage ...
Sinon l'hôtel est très beau, une vue magnifique depuis la grande terrasse, la chambre était parfaite, la proximité de la plage.
Je recommande pas du tout cette hôtel !

Our stay here was a perfect balance of luxury and wholesomeness. We used the hotel taxi to and from the hotel, everything was easy and taken care of. The view from the pool was exceptional and the sunset was beautiful. The staff were attentive and caring, especially the young lady who was on reception when we checked out, the man who drove us to Sarande and the young man at the beach bar (so sorry we didn’t ask your names) you made us feel so comfortable. The interior of the hotel was clean, calm and there were fun details in the decor which I loved finding. The beds were comfortable and the rooms made up every day. The food absolutely exceeded our expectations, my partner had meats and I enjoyed pescatarian and vegetarian options. Although there aren’t as many sun beds at the pool, we booked the hotel as we enjoy the beach. The beach bar is convenient and well run, the beds were plenty and comfortable and the sea easily assessable. We already hope we can stay with you again soon, you’ve made our first trip to Albania very relaxing and a holiday to cherish!

Franchement c'est bof pour un 5 étoiles. La vue est jolie depuis la piscine, c'est tout ce que je retiens... la nourriture est bien trop médiocre et froide alors qu'ils venaient d'ouvrir le resto???, il a 6 transats au bord de la piscine à tout peter, le personnel aigri dès le matin. perdez pas votre temps à venir ici il y'a tellement d'hôtels et en plus pour un 5 étoile ?? nan c'est un 4 étoiles point.

Price and conditions discrepancy between hotel and booking. I have booked this hotel trough Booking for 2 adults and a child. The price and the fact that the child can stay for free were clearly confirmed by booking, but I was contacted by the hotel and told that I shall upgrade the booking and even if I do not so, anyhow I will be charged more at check- out. When I told them that this is unacceptable, they just cancelled the booking.

We had the time of our life at this wonderful Hotel. The staff is friendly, the food great and the view stunning. We especially want to thank Klajdi and Bjondi at the poolbar for their warm and welcoming service, always meeting us with a smile. Klajdi really knows how to make cocktails. As we say in Albania, e ka qarë! Elsi at the restaurant for making us with 4 kids welcome in the restaurant and making a big effort everyday to get to know our kids. Our 10 months old daughter simply loved her, and every meal we went there, we were hoping she was working that shift. Last but not least Kristi at the beachbar, who gave his best to make us feel welcome. We and our 4 kids had a great week.

Otelin bütün personeli yardımsever öncelikle kötü yorumlara aldanmayıp oteli tercih ettik ve hiç pişman olmadık ilk gün saç kurutma makinemiz arızalandı hemen tedarik edildi yenisi. Yemekler hergün benzer ancak lezzetli mutfakta 2 Türk aşçıları mevcut ve çok insan canlısıydılar çok teşekkür ederiz havuz kenarındaki görevliler hiç durmadan hizmet ediyorlar. Benim açımdan tek kötü tarafı denizi yosunlu idi ama yosunsuz kısım mevcut ve diğer otellerden farklı olarak denize giden üst geçitleri mevcut
