Old rooms but good maintenance, toilet is dry, linens are fresh. Complimentary breakfast is ok

This hotel doesn't falls into the service industry. The beds and the toilet are is pathetic. Over all, it was not a value for money.

Flush is not working. Lot of insects, room is havinf stagnent smell. Hotel management should take some responsibility on the cleanliness.

It’s a busy & an average accommodation highly priced. Complementary breakfast is not up to standard & expectations. Food & beverages are also average. Poorly maintained property.

Mm t should duelist this property from the offerings. The property is very very old and needs a renovation. I had a terrible experience at this property. I was asked to park the vehicle on the road as their parking was occupied by bar and restaurant guests. The rooms are all stinky and the bathrooms are unclean. At around 1am midnight, someone started knocking the door for no reason, i had to call the reception mobile as the intercom doesn't work. The reception guy then came upstairs and shooed away a drunk person (i believe) who was standing at my door. Next morning when i asked, the reception told me that they do room cleaning at night for vacant rooms which is hard to believe. Mm t is charging a lot lot more than what this property is valued at. Pathetic experience. Please do not book.

Location fantastic, food was good, amenities all functioning, service staff needs little customer service training. Showers not working.

At night i don't sleep because the hot room is near the road room at midnight request reception staff but not responding
