I booked this hotel for my anniversary... Worse hotel, pathetic experience...we were allocated the last n uncleaned room left because we checked in at assigned time...nothing insight room...n to my dismay, there were a connected door connecting my room to adjusting room...n when I complained they said all the available rooms are like that only...balcony is in pathetic condition...I think not cleaned for long...I paid INR 15,000+ for this room n thought of spending good time and 31st night at this pathetic hotel...its completely ruined...I suggest ppl to avoid booking this place unless you get it around 3000-4000 INR

Disappointed with the service, the quality of food and room for the price we paid.It was overly crowded and the staff had absolutely no idea how to deal with it. The menu was similar for lunch and dinner buffet and desserts were the very same -cakes which they picked up and put it back again in the night time. Had to wait more than 45mins for our order and that too we went with kids. Recreational activities are limited and rooms are overused and stinky, bathrooms-don’t ask! Be ready to face rude staff most of the times Not at all worth going so far

Had a one night stay at Novotel Imagica when we visited the Imagica amusement park. The hotel is really nice, just few meters walk from the park. The room was clean with all basic amenities. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was neat and clean. Food was good. Breakfast had good spread. The hotel has a lot of recreation activities. All were maintained in good condition. I made use of TT, carrom. Though, not excellent standard but those were still in good condition. I used the gym as well and the equipment's were well-maintained. They had a nicely maintained pool and a good lawn around it. Overall, the facilities are very good and one can have a comfortable stay at Novotel.

long delays while checking in. Anchal from front desk was not helpful in resolving the queries. Very disappointing service !!
