Premier Inn Liverpool Rainhill

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful . They are a credit to the company nothing was too much bother for them

There isn't a restaurant as they say. There isn't breakfast what so ever. I repeat, there isn't any sort of breakfast. There is a pub near, doesn't belong to Premier Inn and only opens at 11am. Lo of rubbish. TV remote doesn't work, even with new batteries, heating or Aircon doesn't work either. Those 4 and 5 star reymusted been the staff.

We had a great stay here when we travelled up for a family wedding. The rooms were very clean, staff super friendly and the beds were soooo comfy! Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there was no restaurant and therefore no option for breakfast.

8 of us can to Rainhill for a surprise baby shower for my granddaughter. This hotel was 10 minutes from the venue so it was ideal. The Ship Inn next door was ideal for breakfast and evening meal and also for a few glasses of wine. We all enjoyed out stay but the Ship Inn could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. No breakfast available but there was a pub next door for meals but didn’t do breakfast. Room was nice a spacious tea and coffee facilities in the room and easily topped up if needed at reception.

With three weddings on nearby and a pub next door I was expecting some noise on a Saturday night, but it was lovely and quiet. The room was spacious. We were on the first floor. It may be an idea to avoid the rooms on the ground floor near the reception desk.

Hotel like all Premiers was clean, comfy and good value. The staff were polite and friendly. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because during the week you are unable to get the Premier breakfast. The pub next door only serves breakfast at weekends. If you want breakfast you need to go in search or if you want visit a sister site by getting into your car and driving a few miles down the road. It was not made clear on the Premier site that breakfast is not an option at this hotel.

This hotel has the best staff you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and each and every one of them greets you with a smile! As a northerner who has lived down south for forty years it’s always a treat to be met with true northern hospitality after a few months away from home and you’re guaranteed of it here! I had to book an extra night as a separate booking, and I called the hotel directly, I spoke to a young lady, and asked if she could make sure that we were able to stay in the same room during both bookings. I was assured this would be the case, and it was! I enquired about the ladies name when I was at the hotel (as she was not on duty during our stay) I think Aga?? My apologies if I’ve got this wrong but I wanted to pass on my thanks. I booked a single by mistake but Tracy (the manager) knew I’d be with my wife and made sure there were towels for two in the room. We checked out early and Tracy was there (with a smile) to see us off on our way! She’s a diamond! The hotel is really quiet and calming after a five hour drive. We spent half an hour mesmerised by the squirrels playing in the trees at the back of the hotel. Much more entertaining than daytime TV. The rooms are always spotless and well stocked, really comfy beds, flat screen TV and a huge walk-in shower. Top notch! An extra big shout out to Lisa, Vicky and Dave (he’s on the night shift) they are the best, always there for you, just the best! Lovely people! You can’t beat staying here!
