Rajkot Hotels with Gym

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Overall, everything was excellent whether you are talking about Mahal Hall, Amenities, Food or Ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for your family events such as Engagement or Parties or even any kind of exhibition. Shivraj, Shivek, Netrpal are excellent in seeing all small details of your function.

Good neat hotel with all facilities expected. Room was big and well laid out with all amenities. The restaurant serves good vegetarian food . The hotel has a spa within the premises as well. The staff is pleasant and ready to help . Overall a very good hotel in the heart of Rajkot

The fern rajkot is best hotel in terms of their food and service, the best part is its restaurant, the food was fingerlicking and service was very prompt , every server was very hospitable. Tha k the fern for making our stay awesome.

The hotel was very good, with spacious rooms and all amenities,Nice location, good hotel and affordable rate,hotel was good with good food and breakfast , staffs are very friendly and polite especially Mr Mithilesh Yadav he was so humble and polite, totally had great experience ever loved to visit again 😊

The check in process was very efficient and very quick. The front desk staff were very courteous. The rooms were reasonably sized and the house keeping staff did a very good job with the cleaning. The breakfast spread was very average, the food was average and the service at the breakfast needs big improvement. It was not an issue with the staff, they were all courteous and polite, but it was an issue of capability of the staff. Even though they tried their best and were sincere, it was just not good enough coz they didn't know how to manage the breakfast. Sometimes there was just no staff available if we needed anything and the bread toaster didn't work properly. The room service was very quick and the room service staff were courteous too!

It was not planned to stay in rajkot but fortunately we got this luxurious resort and the mm t provided an excellent deal which pulled us to stay there. The krishna park resort is a well designed and maintained resort. Here we got luxurious rooms, swimming pool, gym, children park and many more which make the stay more fruitful. Resort has its own resturant and food court which provides a good food in good price. I can say it was an excellent.
