It would be better if you could clean the place and check the status in a more thorough way, especially like towels and bed sheet.

The apartment was updated and overall a nice place. The shower water pressure was pretty poor. Overall a nice place with alot of options for food and close to everything.
The unit was not clean, it wasn’t filthy, but for a similar price as Aloft close by it was a bit disappointing. There were dorito crumbs on the floor and chairs, clumps and strands of hair on the shower walls as well as on the sheets. The fitted sheet and one of the pillow case had hair strands. I stripped the bed and flipped the fitted sheet so I could sleep on the bed. The help line apologized and moved on.
Next time I will choose Aloft. Sorry to the owner but I was in town to rest not clean.

Poor guidance when you arrive.
Door phone to enter wasn’t working.
Little help when you call them.
AC going crazy (95 degrees in the room).
“Help will come” but nothing happened for 1,5 day and first when I got really upset after multiple calls.
All in all not a good stay.

Kasa at Berkshire Village is a unique experience. You feel like your coming home! Very clean space, has everything you need. I like how restaurants and grocery stores are walking distance. I would recommend for anyone on a solo or couples trip.

It was an easy experience with detailed instructions on how to access the property. The ability to check yourself in anytime was very convenient. The comfortable bed, inclusion of cooking equipment, plates and utensils, and even a blender made it better than a hotel stay.
