Well people knoking at my door all day all night don't feel safe at all. Have to get my wife and kids out of there because of that.

Property needs serious renovations. There are cockroaches in sink. Walls and furniture need repainting and replacing. Towels need to be cotton. Synthetics don’t absorb well. Cloth hangers and tissues need to be present.
Room size is goo, bedding clean. Appliances in working conditions.Elevator is dirty. Have outside staircase. Did not feel safe in the area. Strange looking people hanging around T night and in the morning.

While I was there the cops showed up twice. Once for a fight between a dealer and his client (both staying at the hotel) and the second time was to pick up the DEAD BODY from a room.

Hotel is next to what seems to be something like skid row. The lobby smelled of cigarettes and the website did not describe a security deposit but one was required upon arrival
