En entrant nous avons directement senti une odeur de renfermé très forte. Notre chambre familiale ne ressemblait en rien à la photo. Sous les toits les murs peints à la va vite d un bleu horrible. Recouvert de toile d araignée. La télévision ne diffusait qu une seule chaîne, la personne à l accueil c est contenté de dire que cela arrivait. Que dire de la salle de bain salle pas de baignoire comme annoncé juste une douche construite sur les murs abîmé. Nous y sommes restées 30 minutes et nous nous sommes sauvées. Impossible d envisager d y passer la nuit avec nos enfants et la personne de l accueil nous a dit qu il n y avait pas d autre chambre. Malgré mes demandes et l intervention de Booking, l hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. A fuire !!!!!!!

J ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, qui est certainement un hôtel social. En arrivant j avais déjà envie de repartir. Hôtel très vieillot, mal entretenu prise de courant détériorer, appliques mural au niveau de lit ne fonctionnent pas. Donc il faut se lever pour éteindre la lumière et regagner le lit dans le noir. Salle de bain très exiguë il faut laisser la porte ouverte pour pouvoir passer du lavabo à la douche, sinon il faut enjamber les toilettes. Et le tout pas de petits déjeuner le matin.

Toutes les informations fournies par l’hôtel, prestations et photos sont mensongères. L’état de l’hôtel est déplorable. Le mobilier, l’espace réception, les aménagements et les conditions de sécurité dans les chambres sont en état de délabrement. Cependant la propreté du linge et de la chambre était respectée. Sur un séjour de deux nuits nous avons croisé un réceptionniste seulement à l’arrivée et ensuite personne sauf des résidents qui semblent en grande difficulté sociale. À fuir absolument.

One of the beds broken on arrival. Broken door handle. Broken shower. Broken sink plug. Everything held together with tape. No offer of breakfast, but I wouldn’t have taken it anyway. Building appears primarily give over to migrants or refugees from Africa. Garden full of their children’s toys. Residents chatting away in the garden as loudly as any African market square. I think they are only renting out one outbuilding, where I stayed. If only they fixed the broken fixtures it would have been an ok 2 or 3 rating, since in fairness it’s a potentially good room, and reception chap was helpful ringing to check on arrival - I guess as I was only guest. Good lockable parking. The old hotel facilities still there, just deteriorating by the day. Though without basic repairs it has to be a 1 star rating.
