Rude people, dirty room and washrooms, room full of ants, no safai, no hot water, no water in bathrooms, most terrible experience if my life

The room is located close to agni theertam. 500 mtrs. Room cleanliness could be better. Bathroom was not tidy enough. Room service is the worst. If you call for room service they would find one reason after reason to avoid providing the service. Even a small thing as tv not working they will not come and fix. So if you’re okay for a stay with less cleanliness and okay service this is a good place to stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Near to temple, sea in front. Good property

Good location. Helpful receptionist. Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms sizes were good. Ac was noisy. Nothing to do in property. Food was tasteless, just about to spoil due to hot n humid weather, was pricey.

Best stay in rameshwaram. Rooms are pretty good. Staff is kind and helpful. There is a bit of improvement needed in restaurant and services. Breakfast was great but dinner served too late, because of insufficient staff. Wifi was not available for complete stay and no tv because of it. Hot water they are providing manually.
