Very worst staffs and service...I already booked 2 rooms and paid for the rooms via online and also informed them that my arrival time at 6pm on the day..but the staff give the rooms to another peoples and when I reached to hotel they asked me to wait almost 3 hours eventho my check-in time is 12 pm on the day....they take money from me and another peoples for one room...never ever come to this hotel again and nvr recommended...👎👎👎

Roon 112 ground floor. They don't have wifi no phones and really dirty rooms. Bed sheets are stained. Receptionist are really rude. They only give reasons for everything.

cleaning 🧹 was not done properly.. hotel manager at the reception was good and he was very polite and respectful. but cleaning guys were not cleaning the rooms properly. they didn't change the bedsheet and pillow cover and blanket.

The service was very poor. The rooms and the whole hotel in general were dirty. Beds and washroom were smelling. It was a very unpleasant stay and the staff was very rude

No 24 hrs hot water. Hot water is available @ specified time slot. Got wet towels. Intercom is not working. Ac is also full noise and less cool. Overall average hotel.

Worst hotel waste of cost wifi not connected any room then not proper response. Then anytime power cut. Powerbackup also there that's fine. Then to much of cost this hotel. Once reached rameshwaram please suggestion another hotel once checked it hotel everything is good then check in hotel
