The staff was too courteous and HELPFUL. Quality of food was Good. The worst thing about this property is its road connectivity. The approach road is too pathetic. You will find no sign board on the way to ease your arrival at the destination. The property is at a remote location. Considering this aspect the tariffs are too high. I can Franky say...*NOT VALUE FOR MONEY*

A great stay. The place is situated away from all the hustle of the city. A wonderful and awesome. An extremely helpful and courteous staff Mr. Mohan Kumar, Pankaj, Arjun, Lalit and the entire team made our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was really deliciou.

The staff will give you a straight no for an answer. Terrible service and staff behaviour. The staff is so rude as in you are staying there for free and they are doing a favor by letting you stay in their property. Stale food was also served. AVOID.

Rooms are very good. Superb view and supportive staff. The top rooms give a feeling as staying on the everest. The rough entrance also give the experience of tracking on the hills. I suggest to visit the property even in winters when the himalayan peaks are loaded with the snow.

Seclude Ramgarh Cliff's Edge hotel is situated a little bit away from the locality and has a picture perfect surrounding. Nestled by mountains, fruittrees and jungle, the place seems right out of a postcard. I stayed in the Vasant room, which is large, airy with a balcony and pictureque view. The sunset there is to be etched in memory forever. The room and bathroom are wonderful. The staffs are very warm and hospitable, esp. Manoj who took care of my room. I had an extremely enjoyable stay barring one fact that the food is not upto the quality. Perhaps they need to change the cook. One more thing: the toileteries are also not upto quality considering the amount they are charging for the room (Babool toothpaste and Vivel soap, that's all). So anyone visiting here, carry your own. Apart from these minor issues, it is a serene and awesome place to spend few days in the lap of nature. Loved it actually!!!

Lovely property. A must go for people who want to stay close to nature and have the luxurious feel. Special thanks to Mohan and Manoj for giving us the best hospitality. Will come back here for sure again. A spectacular view from Vasant room and Shishir room.

It was wonderful stay. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Mr Manoj, Mohan, Suraj and Pankaj were very helpful. Property is surrounded by scenic beauty and fruit trees all around which makes the stay more wonderful. At night the hotel becomes more beautiful due to lightnings.

Pro’s: - The view and the location of the property - The staff is very friendly and super helpful with all your needs, making it a comfortable stay - The food was amazing, fresh to order! Con’s: - Property upkeep seems to be lagging such as no airconditioner. As it’s hot these days, an airconditioner would have helped - They need to spruce up the place a bit more with special attention to hygiene - The final stretch to the property was really bad and screwed up my car tires (fyi, it’s a 2 year old car) Would I recommend and go back? Hell yes, only because of the location and the people that work there!
