Hotel Terrado Rancagua

The hotel is not bad, but a little tired, the pillows need to be changed

The hotel is relatively new in the mall, the room is large, the breakfast is rich, there is cake every morning, and there is a welcome drink when you check in

Everything is excellent, very spacious and everything works correctly, it has a shopping center right below. The photos show a heated pool and gym... unfortunately that does not correspond.

Nice scenery, good location

Atención del personal, Sra encargada de aseo y guardia de seguridad excelente. Recepción cero resolutivo, (turno noche) Cómo habitación cómoda, pero NO VALE LA PENA PAGAR TANTOO, con una habitación que el aire acondicionado FALLA y NO funciona, habitación fría y por ello, hasta me enfermé de la garganta. Pedí por último estufa a gas o eléctrica portátil y NO tienen, pase frío. No lo recomiendo, para nada. No atinaron ni siquiera en cambiarme de habitación por último. Y más encima tendré que gastar en medicinar por mi garganta por el frío que pase. Es terrible estar en una habitación tan fría y haber pagado tanto. Y por falta de mantención del aire acondicionado, pasar frío y enfermar de la garganta. No merece ni siquiera 1 punto de puntuación.

The Hotel is located in a mall, which makes it an excellent option if you need various types of services and free parking. Nice view, very well decorated, functional, good breakfast perhaps missing more options for allergy sufferers (gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, etc.) VERY soft bed, hard pillows.
