Room service was very poor, room ac was not working in the high heat weather only the good thing was front desk helpfull at the time of checkin

We have booked 5 Deluxe AC room but they have given 1 small room and 1 upgrade room and 3 Ac deluxe room… Also staffs were not supportive.

Food service was very bad and after several complains issue not resolved and the manager behaviour is very bad.

The room was good and the staff and food is also courteous and good respectively. The only shortcoming is that windows of the room were not opening

Mapplewood hotels accommodation was very pleasant. Staff were very decent and caring for his customers. Mmt billing and booking process also look smooth and hassle free. It makes my visit very pleasant and memorable. Genista inn decoration was very attractive. Staff was a proactive approach. He come forward to help us in all way. Thanks for mm t team.

Very unprofessional, rude & non cooperative management staff. They demean us because we book through mmt. We booked for two nights but had to cancel the 2nd night because the corporate group created the mess after their drinking session all through the night & the hotel staff did not bother to take any steps as a result we, maybe other guests also couldn't sleep the whole night. Mm t can check with their cctv recording for the particular night.

Poor manager support specifically mr surajeet kerketa. In fact hk and reception desk staff are better trained and well mannered

Food quality was bad after a call from room service that they will not charge for the same but during checout i have paid for the fooding bill. Hotel is good but service is going down day by day
