I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far below my expectations, and i would like to highlight a few key issues: 1. Cleanliness: the room was not properly cleaned. It was quite disappointing to find that basic hygiene standards were not met. 2. Bedding: the bed sheets provided were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the sheets were torn, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. 3. Towels: the towels were also in poor condition, unclean, and appeared to have not been replaced for a long time. I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues to prevent other guests from having a similarly unpleasant experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Very awesome hotel. Cheap in rate. Well behaved and helpful staffs. Neat and clean. Easily fooding accommodation beside this hotel.

we were provided with a room in 4rth floor without geyser. even there was not any hanger in the bathroom. blankets were fully dirty. bedsheet was dirty. they didn't change after repeated request. not reliable.and high charged. upset with that day out.😡😡

Property location are good near railway station, outside food available near hotel, but hotel food not good and price high.
