Hotel the Raso

This hotel staff is really indiscipline d they don't have proper training how to talk to customer. Room size was very small not value for money. Room service is pathetic., hotel staff was not willing to give bill for my stay after a fight they gave billbehaviour and kind of hospitality i paid handsome amount for stay and got tortured. Not worth staying here.

My stay at hotel rasoi was nothing less than a disaster. The room has unnecessary decor and frills but the basic amenties are poor. Continuous water leakage from toilet flush was so noisy that one can't even sleep peacefully. It takes ages just to get hot water in bathroom. Sleep quality is extremely poor. Mattress gives a lot of discomfort and so does the pillow. One can hear continuous noise from outside as it located just on the side of a busy road. My booking amount included free aiport taxi. They failed to provide taxi at the last moment and displayed a callous and nonchalant attitude towards our urgency. I will never recommed this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are good. But the deluxe room what they have shown the picture were not same. No bath tub. Otherwise staying was excellent. They should be flexible about early check in or check out.
