The hotel was good according to the money i have paid. The problems were they didn't serve any water, no proper parking facility, located in a very congested impossible to reach the exact location by a car

1. Room is small

The rooms were not so large but neat and clean. The staff assigned to our service was friendly and cooperative. The room service was excellent. They cleaned the rooms regularly and bed sheets were changed everyday. The quality of food was good, though only veg dishes are available and food options are limited. The location was good though not so close to ranchi railway station but as it in the market area everything is available. I would have give it a five star rating if i have not smelt a bad smell provably coming from outside. In brief, it is a very good budget friendly family hotel.

The hotel was good clean and tidy and the staffs were very humble and good in behaviour
but the problem was that they were charging extra 5 rupees on water and cold drinks

The hotel was good. Safe for women. The staff are very friendly. Food though a little bit expensive but was very tasty
