I had came to ranchi first time with my family I am looking for hotel where we can stay safely . I was scared about the security but after I was satisfy with the service of hotel specially caring nature of hotel staff enjoyed the homely food all staff are well behaved and prompted

I checked in around 12 am and it was a very smooth process, the receptionist was a very gentle ***, room was amazing in this price as I have been staying in lots of hotel kn Ranchi 4 to 5 star but the same room amenities, size wise also as well the decor and morning breakfast still my heart.. will recommend this hidden gem to every one and i am a very frequent flyer in Ranchi so from now onwards this will b my hault station. thank u 🙏

It's very neat and clean and i had a homely stay. The food was excellent. I will prefer to stay in this hotel in my next trip. The staff was very helpful and cordial.

Our stay in maple wood is simply thrilling. The hotel, its location, rooms, exquisite furniture in rooms and their arrangement was superb. Food was of high quality, and moderately priced. From manager to gatekeeper, everybody was extremely courteous and helpful. Room service needs special praise. This must be one of the 3 best hotels in ranchi. Whenever i come here again, i'll prefer this hotel only. I can't the way to deduct 1 or 2 marks from full marks of 100.

This hotel i booked in a hurry. But my stay at this hotel was good. I have booked 2 standard rooms there but hotel upgraded my one room to deluxe room and did not charge me extra for that. Good room. Great buffet with an amazing spread. Courteous staff always looking forward to feedbacks. We didn't opt for the dinner buffet, but it sure looked delicious. The rooms have large windows and offer a good view of the city, especially if you get a room on the higher floors. The location of the hotel is perfect. Without the city chaos, yet just 5 minutes away from the epicenter.
