This hotel is overrated. Most facilities are old. The prices are very high for the only reason of Ramoji Film City location. One morning they served only flakes for breakfast because of many rooms unoccupied.

Peole are very polite, very helpful. Room service is excellent. Welcome us warmly. All other services are good poolside area good and clean, well maintained.and house keeping very nice and iam very happy the room thaks to house keeping and anupama and Ashok very good thanks to sitara iam come next time happy to me

Truly the best stay one can find outside of mundane & robotic lifestyle. Hospitality, service, food, there’s nothing to put a finger on. Premium stay demands premium budget of course but with absolute worth of every cent spent. Mr. Ganesh; Steward in the Galaxy restaurant has done truly an amazing job, he went out of his way and has truly surprised us with his workmanship. He’s truly an asset to the firm and customer centric when it comes to deliver the right dishes without an ask. Wonderful couple of days, truly, thank you!

Stayed on 7 th floor studio suit. Unfortunately the room was sinking with liquor and cigarette smoke smell combined. Had to ask for room freshener. Felt little better after that. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Internal tour assistance by concierge desk was good though little over pricey. Parking was pathetic and there was no valet service. Ramoji Film City tour compensates for all the flaws in Sitara stay. This is not my first time here.

This is one of the most underrated place in Hyderabad. People think it’s good only for day sightseeing. I went here for a business trip and stayed for two days, my experience was awesome. The property is excellent, service is prompt and especially the staff. I have usually not seen staff being so humble but Sitara hotel is different. You feel the grandeur right from the time you checkin. Amidst all the celebrities, you don’t feel left out, as staff gives you the same attention and care as for others. I must specially call out Happy Swain in the restaurant, he is very observant and takes good care of his guests in the restaurant. Food is good.

Peaceful surrounding and very good ambience. Crew is very polite and specially in restaurant food got customized on need basis. Really loved the staff behavior. But the cost charged for the room is actually not meeting the expectations. While charging 15k for a premium room - a bigger washrooms and bath tub should be there. That is minimum expected from a 5 star hotel. Room size is also small.. Complimentary chocolate box and biscuits provided are also not upto the mark. I give 5star for hotel ambience, surrounding, staff but 3.5 for the room, washrooms, complimentary stuff.

Stayed for 2 days in this hotel. They have Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Food here is delicious with so many varieties in the buffet. We also got complimentary birthday cake for my wife, it was yummy. Would definitely stay again if we happened to revisit Hyderabad.
