The hotel provides guests with high-quality and efficient services, and we are moved by the professional attitude and warm and friendly help of the service staff. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, overlooking the snow-covered scenery, and the distant volcano is intoxicating. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and convenient, and the two dining halls at night can meet guests with different needs. The hotel is about a ten-minute drive from the ski resort and it is very convenient to provide free shuttle service to the ski resort. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!

This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service.
The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If the hotel can extend their pickup after4pm, then it is perfect.overall, I am very happy with it. Thanks for their staff and excellent service!

We had the best stay! All of the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We were very sad to leave this place – the loveliest hosts in one of the most beautiful places. Magi made us feel at home and was great with translating, Ryu helped us plan our days and gave great local attraction suggestions, Ichiro was flexible with our schedule, and Natsuki was the best driver and and made our transit enjoyable. Can't wait to come back!
