This was my second time to visit a very nice place here. I was so impressed this resort on my first visit. There are not many rooms here. It's so quiet and privacy place to stay and get away from busy downtown and people, but this time was so much disappointed. The resort has changed their policy, I believe. The resort has permitted guests who just visit the resort for lunch to use the facilities ie. access and swim in the pool and set the table beside the pool. I arrived April 14, 2023 in the afternoon. After checked in. I walked around the resort and pool and found a group of people (20 approximately) eat and swim beside the pool. Some did not wear proper swim suit (just shirt and short jump in the pool) and it's very noisy for the whole afternoon. Due to a number of people there so I just doubted that if they are staying at the resort because the rooms here not enough for this group for sure. I asked the staff if this group of people stay here or not so the staff confirm me that they visited just for lunch and they are allowed to swim at the pool if they come for lunch! It's so surprised me with this new resort policy. It's not worth at all to pay a lot of money to stay here and guest unable to use the facilities and it wasn't privacy at all. This was so bad experience for me at this time.

After making the BIG mistake of not reading these reviews prior to booking, we were lured by the prospect of a sea-view/beachfront bungalow. Never dreames to have to ask if the beach was accessible! In addition to the jagged rocks and mud, there are a number of feral beasts that prowl underneath these pricey bungalows, making it impossible for a guest's feet to ever touch the sea. Seriously disappointing!!!

We drove down here to have lunch at the resort’s restaurant. It has certainly been worth the (off road) trip. The food is great, the service is lovely and the beautiful view over the garden, the pool side and the river make this place an amazing escape from the crowds.

If you don't want to use the swimming pool and sun beds it is a super resort. I was ruined for us by the staff allowing large groups of local people to use the swimming pool and sunbeds while ordering nothing or a few bottles of water. They then proceeded to take over the pool and started screaming and dive bombing into the pool. I complained to the head office who were unsympathetic and ignored mt second email.
