The rudest staff i've ever dealt with! I had to change rooms 5 times because there was no fridge (need it for life-saving meds) the windows were cracked, no curtains, blood stains on the sheets, no towels, no TV remote, the floor was absolutely disgusting (my socks were black after 1 hour of walking on the floor), there were about 50 flies in the room I had to go buy a fly swatter, I had to get my room key reset 4 times because the lady at the front desk didn't know how to program it. Extremely rude staff, told me we learn how to wait in kindergarten! Awful hotel, rubbish bins were over flowing, I cannot recommend you STAY AWAY from this hotel enough!

Katastrophal heruntergekommenes Hotel mit fragwürdigem Management. Unser Zimmer war so dreckig, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt sind. Obwohl wir Mieter waren und den Zimmerschlüssel hatten, stellten wir am nächsten Morgen fest, dass das Zimmer weiter vermietet worden war. Ein Rückerstattung wurde von der unverschämten Managerin, die alles bestritt (wir hatten Fotos) abgelehnt, "da wir cash bezahlt" hatten. Von der Motel 6 Zentrale (wir hatten die Sache dorthin gemeldet) kam eine belanglose, automatisierte Entschuldigung. Jahrzehntelange USA Reiseerfahrungen haben ein so schlechtes Hotelerlebnis noch nicht hervorgebracht! Motel 6 ist damit ein für alle Mal bei der Suche nach einer Übernachtung ausgeklammert, auch wenn wir bei dieser Kette schon recht gute preisangemessene Unterkünfte hatten.

Pessimo motel e abbiamo visto solo l’esterno e la lobby . Avevamo prenotato due notti , l’agenzia viaggi aveva avvisato il personale che saremmo arrivati un giorno di ritardo. Nonostante ciò quando ci siamo presentati alle 9 di sera avevano cancellato la prenotazione . Personale maleducato e menefreghista . All’esterno c’erano soggetti poco raccomandabili , l’hotel si presenta malandato con porte rotte e sporcizia. Ce ne siamo andati e abbiamo trovato un altro motel nelle vicinanze con l’aiuto e la grande disponibilità della nostra agenzia viaggi.

Shweta had stains on them. Floors were dirty. Shower wasn't even cleaned had previous guests Bobby pins in the shower. Looked like the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. Waste of money even staying here. No wonder they made u prepay cause that way u can't get a refund once u found out terrible the room is. Stay away from this place it is a junk heap

I wrote my review and don't see it, so I'll try again! BEWARE THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND NO REFUNDS! STAY AWAY. They are making A LOT of money, due to their disgusting rooms, people are leaving after paying and not getting a refund, obviously money is not used for cleaning or repairs. Called SD Department of health and BBB! FALSE ADVERTISING AT IT'S FINEST. I HABE PICTURES!!!

This is the worst hotel ever. We had two rooms that were filthy, disgusting, smelly with no water. Manager wouldn’t give me a refund. Walked into our room. It’s horrible. Don’t waste your money. Go down the road much better. The manager here won’t give refunds. Not a good place.

I’m not sure I’ve ever given any thing a bad review, however I would advise this property to shut down until it lives up to the pictures that are shown online. We felt they falsely represented their property. Our accommodations were not clean. I did not feel safe on property, was concerned that my vehicle would be broken into overnight. The TV didn’t work. I had two rooms and one didn’t have a shower curtain. Like at all. The bedding was either dirty or stained, either way, gross. Seriously contemplated trying to get a room in a different motel.

We checked in and went to the room, and opened the door to chaos. There was so many things wrong, mainly dirty, and nothing work. Went to see if we could get another room, they said there wasn't any available, we asked for a refund, they said no, then said, what do you expect for the price. We went to another motel.

What a terrible place and Motel 6 should be ashamed to allow the property to call itself Motel 6. There was trash under the bed, no remote for the tv, no towels in the room, no creamer or sugar for coffee in the morning and no one at the desk to report this. Was told they could not gove me a receipt as they had no printer, they could quickly tsake the money though. Absolutely terrible place and would advise everyone to avoid it . Motel 6 corportate office should be ashamed of theirselves.
