Check in was very easy and the evening staff working were so nice, and made it a breeze. Our room was very nice, clean, and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was hot and kind of average for a hot breakfast, only thing we missed was bacon instead of sausage. The kitchen staff responded quickly and kindly to people when items were low. Would definitely stay here again!!

Most of the personnel that we had an opportunity to interact with on a regular basis were very hospitable and friendly. A few even went out of their way to recognize us and try to make sure that we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out time. As an ally, I truly appreciated seeing Pride decor and flag, indicating all were welcome. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Some wear and tear was noticeable and the TV sounded like the volume was being piped thru a tin can, but these issues weren’t a deal breaker by any means!

Poor quality overall. This was a three night stay. Staff was either giddy or rude. Front staff was always joking with each other and we had to interrupt them to check in. Breakfast staff rude and unconcerned. Food ran out all days 30-45 mins before close. When I asked if more was coming out, the lady said rudely, “I doubt it” and walked away. Fridge in room was wobbly and fell out of cabinet twice. A/C was adequate not good. Spa warm not hot. Overall lack of concern for guests and poor work performance shows!
